“Plate Transfer” is a fun and highly dynamic tennis game for four players focusing on teamwork, consistency, positioning, and fast decision-making. Whenever a player makes an error, they must leave the court to transfer a ball from the hoop onto one of the plates before rejoining the rally. This constantly creates changing match situations, including temporary 2-vs-1 or even completely open-court scenarios. Players must communicate, cover space intelligently, and avoid unnecessary mistakes while adapting quickly under pressure.
The drill combines competitive team play with movement, coordination, and tactical awareness, making it an excellent high-energy exercise for group practices and club sessions.
