Four Shots to Win is an offensive match-play drill designed to encourage players to build points proactively and finish them early. The server has a maximum of four shots of their own to win the point. If successful, they score a point. If they fail to finish the point within those four shots, they can no longer win the point themselves and can only prevent their opponent from scoring. This game-based exercise develops aggressive point construction, purposeful shot selection, and a proactive mindset. Players learn how to create pressure with the serve and first attacking balls, exploit open court space, and build points efficiently. At the same time, the drill improves tactical awareness, decision-making, and the ability to recognize and capitalize on opportunities early in the rally.

The primary focus is on offensive tennis, effective point construction, and converting neutral situations into attacking opportunities within a limited number of shots.
