This drill focuses on improving ball control in a group setting. Players develop the ability to control the ball cleanly, feed with purpose, and continue the rally with accuracy. Across three progressive variations, players enhance their touch, positioning, and ability to adjust to different incoming balls. Since feeds vary in direction and quality, players are constantly required to adapt their footwork and timing.

The first variation is a target-based drill where the ball is controlled and passed through multiple stations before finishing into a defined target area. The second variation introduces a cooperative team format, focusing on rhythm and consistency. The third variation transfers these skills into a more game-like scenario with added decision-making.

This drill is ideal for groups of 3–6 players and combines technical development with dynamic, game-oriented training.
