This highly demanding coordination game combines rally consistency, rhythm and concentration in a fun and challenging way. Two or four players rally cooperatively in the small court while simultaneously throwing a frisbee back and forth. The goal is to maintain control of both the rally and the frisbee without losing rhythm or focus. The exercise is perfect for warm-ups, coordination training and improving timing and consistency. Different variations can be added depending on the players’ level, including changing hands, volley-only play, limiting the court area or playing crosscourt only.
