Training Camp is a fun and competitive drill for three or more players. The game is played in a mini court or service box area. Each player starts with a set number of lives and competes individually for points. Once a player loses all lives, they must enter the “Training Camp” and complete a cooperative rally challenge with the coach. While this challenge is taking place, the remaining players continue playing and can earn additional points through successful rally sequences. This exercise combines competition and cooperation in a highly engaging format. Players are constantly challenged to stay consistent, maintain focus and make smart decisions under pressure while developing strong rallying skills.
