This form is intended exclusively for the withdrawal of orders for which a statutory right of withdrawal applies (e.g. hardcover books). For digital content, e-books, and premium memberships, the right of withdrawal may expire once access has been granted and the customer has expressly consented to the immediate commencement of the service.
