Learning a stroke technique in tennis is not always easy. In each movement, there are some key positions that the player must work out with the coach. If the movement does not fit in these key points, the movement may not become fluid, not economical and faulty. In order to be able to work out these key points, one can make use of methodical aids. These helpers serve to perfect the key positions and thus improve the stroke movement. In this video, I show 11 methodical helpers that you can use to optimize your forehand technique.
