The return is one of the most important shots in tennis. It is indispensable if you want to hold your own against good serves. So it’s even more important that you don’t neglect the return in your training. In this video I present 21 tennis return exercises that you can do alone or in a group training. It is important to be well prepared for the return, to set the split step at the right time and to keep the backswing short at high service speeds. Have fun trying out these exercises.
