In addition, you can use our AI assistant “Coach Tenni”, located at the bottom right of the screen. Tenni asks a few simple questions and suggests relevant drills based on your needs.
With a Premium membership, you get full access to all premium training videos, including structured drills, coaching tips, and complete training ideas to improve your sessions.
There is no difference in quality between free and premium videos. Free videos offer the same level of coaching and detail. Premium membership simply gives you access to the full video library and a much larger selection of drills.
