This exercise links conditioning directly with match training. Before the first point, the coach gives a specific running task such as sprints, directional changes or agility movements. Immediately after completing the task, the player joins the rally and plays out the point under physical stress. Once the first point is finished, a second point is played right away without an additional running task. This structure challenges speed, mobility, endurance and mental focus while simulating realistic match situations where players must perform at a high level despite fatigue. The exercise can be adjusted by varying running intensity, point format or scoring system.
