When your students’ technique is more advanced and things like net attack, volley and smash are no longer foreign words, it’s time to start tactics training. In this video, I would like to show you a nice approach to tactics training at the green level. The main aim is to teach the players to make a plan for the rally.
This is a very good approach to make the pupils (adults or young people) develop a understanding what tactics is all about and how to implement in the own game. The requirements can be diverse and that encourages students to engage more intensively with tactics.
