In the third part of our introductory tennis series for recruiting new members, we focus on the Fast Learning concept — an innovative and inclusive approach to learning tennis quickly and playfully. The key idea is to remove barriers and create immediate game-like experiences. Players start without a net, using modified court setups and simplified rules to enable instant rallies. The exercises progress from easy to more challenging, allowing participants to explore forehand and backhand strokes, engage in rally-based drills, and integrate movement patterns such as running rounds or controlled stopping and continuing of the ball.
The focus lies on interaction, coordination, and collective engagement — keeping many players active at once while building confidence and enjoyment. Fast Learning transforms the first tennis experience into an exciting and social game environment where everyone can feel part of the action right from the start.
