This video presents five dynamic drills designed to develop speed, agility, and reaction within a group training environment. The focus is on first-step quickness, directional changes, coordination, and reactive movement. By combining competitive and cooperative elements, players stay highly engaged while improving their movement skills in a fun and energetic setting. These drills are ideal for groups of 3–6 players (extendable up to 8) and can easily be adapted to different ages and skill levels.
They are especially effective for orange and green stage players, but can also be applied successfully in adult group sessions.
