Stroke presiction and continuity in strokes is an important characteristic of every tennis player. In this video, I would like to introduce you to a method for training these characteristics with players of all strengths. This exercise is perfect for individual training and trains the forehand, backhand, passing ball and winning shot. Have fun trying it out!

1 month agoSchöne Übung! Wenn der Trainer nicht in der Mitte, sondern in einem T-Feld steht, kann man das – leicht abgewandelt – auch als Partnerübung gestalten.
