This dynamic rally exercise combines consistent groundstrokes with coordination and movement. After every shot, players must immediately touch or run around a cone placed behind them before recovering for the next ball. The continuous transition between hitting, moving away from the court position, and recovering creates excellent training for footwork, reaction speed and court awareness. Players learn to regain their ideal hitting position quickly while maintaining rally consistency. The drill works perfectly as a warm-up, coordination drill or consistency challenge and can easily be adapted by changing rally speed, targets or stroke patterns.
