The return to the feet is one of the – if not the – most effective return in tennis. By placing it in the middle, I give the server little opportunity to put me under pressure afterwards as I don’t give any angle. The server often jumps far into the court and with a good return to my feet I also put the server under direct pressure. In this video, we want to practice this return in two phases. The server focuses on serve & volley, the returner focuses on returning to the middle. Have fun practicing!
