Even before training starts, a good warm-up program is essential to get the body up to temperature and avoid injuries. In this video, I would like to show you two warm-up routines that players can do on their own before training. I like to have these routines done in advance, before the actual training begins, on the side court or outside the tennis court to save time. Often there is only one hour available, and then it makes sense for the students to enter the tennis court with a certain basic level of warmth. The time saved can then be invested in other priorities.
