When I approach the net as a player, my movements and actions have to be clearly automated. I need to know which position I’m going to run into and, above all, I need to know what my movement should look like after the first volley. I mustn’t lose any time after the first volley and should push through offensively in order to be in the best possible position for a possible follow-up volley. In this “Drill Time” called “Utilize aggressively”, we practice exactly this pushing through on the way forward as a cooperative technique application drill. Have fun practicing!
