Carrying out technique training with larger groups is often a challenge in tennis training. The coach does not have many opportunities to work intensively with a student. Circuit training is a good way of still being able to carry out good technique training. In this, the key points in a movement sequence can be trained separately in an auxiliary exercise/station. It is important here that a training goal is set and that as many auxiliary exercises as possible train the training goal. In this video, I show you 4 examples of such a training unit (two on forehand, two on backhand), which you can use to get inspiration for your circuit training. The station selection and type can be changed at any time. It is also perfectly conceivable to run two tennis stations at the same time.
