The Three-Point Rotation is a high-intensity match drill designed to improve tennis-specific endurance, movement efficiency and overall physical resilience. After every three points, players immediately switch sides and continue with the next rally. As soon as the players cross the net, the coach feeds the next ball, creating a continuous training environment with almost no recovery time. The constant side changes, repeated accelerations and limited rest periods place significant physical and mental demands on the players. At the same time, they must maintain sound decision-making, consistency and stroke quality while performing under fatigue.
