In this video, I present my top 10 forehand drills, all based on coach feeding. Every ball is fed or played by the coach, allowing for highly controlled and focused training. These drills are mainly designed for advanced players and aim to further develop a clean, dynamic, and stable forehand. The exercises place a strong emphasis on footwork, proper positioning, and different stance variations such as open, neutral, and semi-open stances. A key focus is also on generating more energy and pace in the forehand, especially through efficient energy transfer from the ground through the body into the stroke. Coordination, reaction, and explosive movement are integrated as important performance factors throughout the drills. Thanks to the high number of repetitions and precise coach feeding, these forehand exercises are ideal for improving technique, athletic performance, and overall shot quality.
