Long rallies are not uncommon in tennis matches. If you want to win these, you need good endurance. Therefore, it is important that we also include longer stroke sequences with a lot of footwork in our training. In this video, I show you 9 nice endurance drills with ball and racket, which can either be played cooperatively or used as match training. All drills can also be done with 2 – 4 players.
